Hacked.
Hello,
I've been hacked just 2 hours ago (password reset and thus changed) and now all my characters are stripped from miniatures and good items. Also the gold in my warehouse is all gone. I have taken my account back by changing the password. And now to the point of this post. Will I ever see all those items back? P.S.: I could just punch the hacker in his face so hard that he would never recognize himself any more. Yours sincerely, long retired pissed off Guild Wars player. |

Simple answer, no, you will not see those items again. Sorry you got hacked and that they took your items. Sadly there is nothing that will be done to get your items back.

No you will never see those items again. Since you have the account back now, no need to talk to support as they'd only get your account back.
Your best bet right now is to run virus and malware scans to check for any keyloggers and protect your PC. Any more discussion on this would be pointless so I will close this thread. |
